ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re a founder-led business running a consulting practice while launching multiple SaaS projects. We need one proactive operator to own outbound execution end-to-end
PRIMARY OUTCOME (WHAT “GREAT” LOOKS LIKE):
- Book qualified meetings weekly.
- Keep follow-ups tight so no lead slips.
- Capture real prospect feedback (objections + reasons) and turn it into better messaging and experiments.
AUTONOMY / FOUNDER MINDSET (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- High ownership: you plan your week, run experiments, and execute without handholding.
- Think like a founder: identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and ship improvements fast (don’t just “do tasks”).
- If something is unclear, propose 2 options and pick one to move forward—don’t wait for permission for every step.
- You are accountable to outcomes (meetings + conversations + feedback), not “staying busy.”
AI-FIRST EXECUTION (REQUIRED):
- You are expected to use AI daily to move faster and improve quality (outreach copy, follow-ups, call scripts, objection handling, post drafts, repurposing).
- You must come prepared with your own AI workflow (prompts/process) and be able to explain it.
- You must be able to present:
- Lead generation ideas (nothing fancy), but ways to find high value clients.
- Cold
- LinkedIn messaging sequences.
- Call scripts + objection-handling snippets.
- Short LinkedIn-style posts when needed (human, specific, not generic AI fluff).
- AI is used to accelerate—final output must still be accurate, on-brand, and written like a human.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead generation + data:
- Build targeted lead lists (ICP-based) and enrich/verify data (role, company,
Outbound execution:
- Run cold
- Run LinkedIn outreach (connection requests + follow-up messages + tracking).
- Make outbound calls to cold/warm leads to qualify and book meetings.
- Light SMS follow-ups when appropriate (only if approved and compliant).
Pipeline + systems:
- Keep CRM clean and updated (every touchpoint logged, clear next steps, reminders scheduled).
- Maintain a simple dashboard of daily/weekly activity + results.
Feedback loop:
- Record objections and “not now” reasons.
- Propose and implement improvements weekly (new angles, new segments, new offers to test).
TOOLS & PROCESS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- You must already have a working outbound operating system (tools + cadence + reporting).
- In your application, list your preferred tools for:
1) Lead sourcing/enrichment
2)
3) CRM
4) Calling / dialer
5) Reporting
Important: company accounts/data stay with the company
DAILY REPORTING (REQUIRED):
End-of-day update (5–10 lines):
- What you shipped today
- Metrics (leads added, touches, replies, calls, conversations, meetings booked)
- What you learned (objections, what worked)
- Blockers + what you need
- Tomorrow’s plan
KPIs (FIRST 30 DAYS):
- Leads added + verified
- New prospects contacted
- Replies / conversations started
- Meetings booked
- Top 5 objections + your proposed fixes
REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE):
- Proven outbound experience
- Strong written English and confident speaking voice (calls are part of the job).
- Reliable internet and a professional work setup for consistent daily work.
- Proactive, fast, and organized (you follow up without being reminded).
BRAND + SAFETY RULES:
- No posting on company accounts or sending messages from company profiles without explicit approval at first (more autonomy comes after trust is built).
- No spam. Respect opt-outs. Protect deliverability and reputation.
- Everything must be truthful, specific, and tailored—no generic templates.
SCHEDULE:
- Part-time to start (with option to expand).
- Some overlap with North America hours is preferred for calling, but not required every day.
COMPENSATION:
- $500 to $1,000 USD/month depending on experience, hours, and performance.
- Raises are tied to consistent outcomes (meetings booked + quality + autonomy).
HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY):
To apply, do ALL of the following (missing any = auto reject):
1) Subject line: “Outbound SDR – I read this”
2) Spend 8 apply points.
3) Answer these questions (numbered answers):
Q1: Describe your outbound experience
Q2: List your tool stack for lead sourcing,
Q3: Write a 90-word cold
Q4: Share a simple call script outline (opening ? qualify ? book).
Q5: If you get near-zero replies after 7 days, what 5 changes do you test first?
Q6: Share your weekly cadence (daily actions + KPIs) and 3 experiments you’d run in the first 14 days.
If you’re a true self-starter with a real outbound system, this will be a great long-term role.
