Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer (Experienced Only)
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage product sourcer whose sole responsibility is finding profitable, low-risk products that meet strict buying criteria.
This is not a training role. This is not for beginners. If you are still learning Keepa, storefront stalking, or Amazon fundamentals, do not apply.
You will be sourcing manually, validating leads thoroughly, and submitting only products that are ready to buy immediately.
If you are confident in your research ability, detail-oriented, and want a role where your income scales directly with your performance, this position is for you.

Responsibilities
Source profitable Amazon Online Arbitrage leads that meet all required criteria
Perform manual product research (software can assist, but may not replace judgment)
Use Keepa to analyze:
Price history
Sales rank trends
Buy Box behavior
Stability and risk
Conduct deep storefront stalking to identify proven sellers and opportunities
Submit leads with complete documentation, calculations, and notes

Add a notes section to every lead, explaining:
Why the product is profitable
Any purchasing risks (autoship, cancellations, limits, etc.)
Coupon usage with expiration date
Brands known for issues, if applicable
Factor discounted gift cards into profit calculations when applicable
Ensure all leads are:
Ungated
Free of IP complaint risk
Review feedback on submitted leads and apply improvements to future sourcing
Attend weekly review calls to go over performance and lead quality

Lead Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 35% ROI
Minimum $3 net profit
Minimum 100 sales/month
Can be 50 sales/month if ROI and profit strongly justify it
Stable Keepa chart
Competition must be:
Stable, or Trending down, never increasing
No IP complaint risk
Must be ungated for the ASIN to count toward purchasable inventory

Pay Structure:
Trial Period: During the first month, you will receive a guaranteed minimum of $150/week while we review lead quality and your sourcing process.
Post-Trial: After the first month, your weekly pay will be based on the dollar amount of purchasable inventory generated from your approved leads. Strong performers can significantly exceed the minimum pay.
Leads are graded on a 1–3 scale:
3 = Approved and purchased
2 = Minor issues, still purchased
1 = Poor lead, not purchased (does not count toward quota)
This pay structure rewards hard work and accuracy. The more high-quality leads you produce, the higher your weekly earnings.

Required Experience (Strict)
You must be strong in all of the following:
Manual product sourcing (not software-only guessing)
Storefront stalking (accurate and efficient)
Keepa analysis (price, rank, drops, averages, Buy Box)
Identifying profitable, low-risk products
Following instructions exactly
If you are still “learning” these basics, this role is not for you.
Minimum Tech Requirements (Absolutely Required)
Fast, stable internet connection
Reliable computer (no lag, freezing, or performance issues)
Working microphone
Ability to screen-share when required
