We're a TikTok Shop brand management agency helping e-commerce brands scale on TikTok Shop.
The Role:
We're looking for a Brand Manager to own client accounts and drive revenue growth on TikTok Shop. You'll manage 3-4 brand accounts, handling everything from creator outreach to shop optimization to performance reporting.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be in the trenches daily. reaching out to creators, managing relationships, optimizing listings, and hitting growth targets.
- Creator Outreach (Primary Focus): Contact TikTok creators daily via DM for product collaboration and seeding opportunities
- Creator Management: Negotiate with creators, coordinate product shipments, follow up on content deliverables, maintain ongoing relationships
Shop Optimization: Update product listings, adjust pricing strategies, optimize titles/descriptions/images, select which products to prioritize
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily/weekly metrics, analyze what's working, identify growth opportunities, adjust strategy accordingly
- admin Communication: Send weekly progress updates, prepare monthly performance reports, answer questions, provide strategic recommendations
- Operations Coordination: Work with fulfillment team on inventory, shipping, and customer service issues
Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues (slow sales, creator gaps, listing problems) and implement solutions before clients ask

You're comfortable doing high-volume outreach (100+ creator DMs per week)
You can juggle multiple clients and priorities without dropping balls
You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling

You're uncomfortable with outreach or talking to strangers
You expect to just "oversee" without hands-on execution
Must-Have:
Experience with TikTok (understand how the platform and algorithm work)
E-commerce background (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar)
Excellent written English (you'll write to creators and clients daily)
Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
Data-driven mindset (can analyze metrics and spot trends)
Self-starter who works independently
Nice-to-Have:
TikTok Shop management experience
Influencer marketing or creator outreach background
Amazon/Shopify brand management experience
