Remote Dental Insurance & Dentrix Specialist

We are a high-quality U.S. dental practice seeking an experienced Dentrix and dental insurance specialist to immediately take over core administrative tasks.

This is not a general VA role. Prior Dentrix and dental insurance experience is required.

Required Experience

Daily data entry in Dentrix

Dental insurance claim submission

Claims follow-up

EOB processing and posting in Dentrix

Preferred (Plus, Not Required)

Familiarity with block scheduling

Ability to handle after-hours patient phone calls

Clear, professional English communication
