Junior Video Editor & Content Scheduler (Part-Time)
Hours: 6–9 hours/week
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Long-term role

About the Role
We are looking for a highly efficient junior video editor to take over our end-to-end content workflow:
-- Editing long-form videos into short clips
-- Uploading to YouTube
-- SEO title optimization
-- Bulk editing
-- Scheduling content
-- Quality control


This role is about precision and speed.
You will follow strict SOPs and are expected to deliver work that requires zero re-edits.


Once you prove proficiency in video operations, you will also manage:
-- LinkedIn posting
-- Caption writing
-- Content scheduling


Important:
LinkedIn posting is NOT guaranteed.
You must first demonstrate excellence in:
-- Editing
-- Uploading
-- Scheduling

Performance Standards
You must be able to:
-- Complete 2 AMA sessions/week (2 hours total content)
-- Deliver within 8–9 hours max
-- Work at 110% efficiency
-- Follow SOPs word-for-word
-- Never submit sloppy work
-- Catch your own mistakes
-- Require zero micromanagement


Responsibilities
Phase 1 (Mandatory)
-- Edit long-form videos into short clips
-- Remove filler words & fix transcription errors
-- Apply audio effects correctly
-- Add markers and layouts
-- Perform full quality control
-- Upload videos in bulk
-- Optimize titles using VidIQ
-- Apply bulk edits (descriptions, tags, settings)
-- Schedule content correctly

Phase 2 (Unlocked After Proficiency)
-- Post content on LinkedIn
-- Write professional captions
-- Follow LinkedIn SOP
-- Schedule posts
-- Maintain content calendar
(LinkedIn tasks only unlocked after video workflow mastery.)


Required Skills
Must-have:
-- Basic video editing experience (Descript or similar)
-- Strong attention to detail
-- Comfortable following long SOPs
-- Organized and systematic
-- YouTube Studio experience (or willing to learn fast)
-- Basic SEO understanding
-- Excellent written English
-- Self-checking mindset
