Fractional CFO / Finance Controller (Remote)

We’re looking for a (fractional) CFO / Finance Controller to take ownership of our financial operations across our Marketing Agency - 2 US entities, 1 CH entity.

What You’ll Do

* Oversee and maintain clean, accurate bookkeeping (we use Puzzle.io)
* Ensure transactions are categorized and reconciled correctly
* Manage invoicing, AR/AP follow-ups, and cash flow visibility
* Prepare and review core financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
* Track key financial ratios and flag risks or inefficiencies
* Support multi-entity and cross-border transactions
* Coordinate with tax professionals and prepare clean documentation
* Research and implement practical finance, payroll, or compliance solutions when needed

Requirements

* Strong accounting / finance background
* Experience with multi-entity setups
* Familiarity with US companies and international operations
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
