**About the Role**

We run a high-volume video production operation and need a developer to help maintain and expand our automation systems. You'll work on Python scripts, API integrations, and various tooling that powers our content pipeline.

**What You'll Do**

- Build and maintain Python automation scripts and macros
- Work with various APIs for video production workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems
- Develop integrations between different platforms and services

**Requirements**

- Strong Python experience (automation, scripting, API work)
- Comfortable working with REST APIs
- **Fast response times** – we need someone reliable who communicates quickly
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

**Nice to Have**

- YouTube Data API experience
- Familiarity with gray-hat automation techniques and platform limitations
- Experience with video/media processing pipelines
- Understanding of anti-detection and account management at scale
