Responsibilities

Real Estate Data Entry
- Input new listings
- Make changes to current listings
- Set showing appointments
- Cold Call Expired Listings

Lead Generation
• Build motivated seller & buyer lists
• Skip tracing & CRM data entry
• Follow-up messaging (scripts provided)

Social Media
• Schedule Facebook & Instagram posts
• Write captions and respond to messages
• Canva-based graphics
