Graphic Designer - Property Marketing & Social Content

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for our short-term rental properties and Niru hospitality brand.

**Your Responsibilities:**
• Design eye-catching property listing photos and marketing materials
• Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Develop branded templates and visual assets for our properties
• Edit and enhance property photos
• Design promotional materials for special offers and campaigns
• Maintain consistent branding across all visual content

**Required Skills:**
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work
• Experience with social media content creation
• Understanding of hospitality/real estate marketing
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Compensation:** $300/month
**Hours:** Part-time (20 hours/week)
