TikTok Operations & Community VA (Part-Time, Remote)

About Us

RainMeadow is an established e-commerce brand in the party decorations niche, selling primarily on Amazon US. We are expanding our presence on TikTok Shop and are looking for a reliable TikTok Operations & Community VA to manage daily TikTok activity, posting, creator coordination, and order monitoring.

Working Hours & Compensation
• Hours: 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday
• Pay: $5/hour (~$550/month)
• Time Zone: Some overlap with UK / US hours required
• Trial: 1–2 week paid trial period
This is a long-term role with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Content Posting
Post content on our TikTok page using pre-made creatives (images/videos/captions provided)
• Adapt captions slightly for TikTok tone when needed
• Schedule and publish posts consistently
• Follow posting calendar and brand rules
You will not be required to design, film, or edit videos from scratch.

Creators & Affiliates
• Identify relevant creators in our niche
• Reach out via TikTok affiliate system
• Follow up and track creator responses
• Monitor creator posts and engagement
• Maintain a simple creator tracking sheet

TikTok Page & Engagement
• Reply to comments and messages using guidelines
• Like, pin, and engage with relevant content
• Keep the account active and human
• Flag trends, comments, or creator ideas to the team

Orders & Shop Monitoring
• Monitor TikTok Shop orders daily
• Flag shipping issues, cancellations, or delays
• Respond to basic customer inquiries (templates provided)
• Escalate issues to the team when needed

Reporting
• Prepare a simple weekly report:
o Posts published
o Creators contacted / active
o Orders and issues
o Learnings and observations

Required Experience
Please apply only if you have:
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok pages (posting & engagement)
• Experience working with TikTok creators or affiliates
• Basic familiarity with TikTok Shop orders or backend
• Experience posting content based on provided assets or guidelines

English & Communication
• Good spoken English is required
• Comfortable joining voice calls (Google Meet / Zoom)
• Clear written English and fast response time during working hours
