The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative to execute outbound cold calling campaigns and consistently book qualified sales meetings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, follows processes closely, and enjoys speaking with decision-makers daily.
You’ll be responsible for turning outbound conversations into qualified opportunities while maintaining accurate reporting and strong communication with internal teams.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B decision-makers
- Execute proven scripts, call frameworks, and objection-handling techniques
- Book and confirm qualified sales meetings for client campaigns
- Log call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in the CRM
- Send follow-ups, introductions, and calendar confirmations after each booking
- Re-engage warm leads to increase show rates and conversions
- Collaborate with Account Managers to improve messaging and targeting
- Share call insights and feedback to help optimize campaign performance

What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a BDR/SDR with a strong cold calling background
- Consistent history of hitting call activity and meeting-booking targets
- Clear, confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
- Highly organized and process-driven, especially with CRM usage
- Coachable, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and industries
- Positive, professional, and results-focused team player
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, or Nooks is an advantage

-Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: USD $1,000 per month
- Commissions: Uncapped per qualified meeting held
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Location: Fully remote
