We sell healthcare, pharmacy, and retail products and are looking for a reliable, experienced e-commerce specialist to join our team long-term.
This is a stable, ongoing role, not a short project.
???? Job Responsibilities
You will manage and support our online sales channels including:
???? Amazon
Create and optimise product listings
Upload products via flat files
Manage variations, images, keywords, and bullet points
Fix listing errors and suppressed listings
Assist with inventory and pricing updates
Basic Seller Central management
????? eBay
Create and optimise eBay listings
Manage item specifics correctly
Image uploads and description formatting
Price monitoring and competitor checks
Store category management
???? Shopify
Upload and manage products
Collections and tags
Product descriptions and SEO
Image optimisation
Basic theme editing (not developer level)
???? General Tasks
Data entry and CSV uploads
Product research
Image resizing and organisation
Admin support related to e-commerce
Following SOPs and checklists
? Required Skills & Experience
Must have:
Proven experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay
Experience uploading products using CSV / flat files
Strong attention to detail
Good written English
Ability to follow instructions exactly
Reliable internet connection
Available for long-term work
Nice to have (not required):
Pharmacy or healthcare product experience
Amazon variation expertise
SEO knowledge
Canva or basic image editing
Experience with UK Amazon marketplace
? Working Hours
20–40 hours per week
UK business hours preferred (flexible)
