Remote Full-Stack Developer (Next.js / React Native / Supabase)

Role Overview

We’re looking for two experienced developers to support the ongoing development, improvement, and expansion of several active projects.

This is not a one-off project role — we’re looking for long-term tea ---------- mbers who enjoy building, improving systems, and working with modern stacks.

You’ll work closely with our core team to:
- Build new features
- Improve existing applications
- Fix bugs and optimise performance
- Help evolve multi-tenant architectures

Core Tech Stack

You should be comfortable with most of the following (not necessarily all):
- Web & App Development
- Next.js (App Router experience preferred)
- React / TypeScript
- Expo Go / React Native
- Tailwind CSS
- Backend & Infrastructure
- Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, RLS)
- REST & basic API integrations
- Vercel deployments
- Multi-tenant application concepts
- Tooling
- Git / GitHub
- Modern dev workflows
- Debugging & optimisation

AI-Assisted Development (Important)

We actively encourage AI-assisted development to increase speed and productivity.

Strong preference for developers who have experience with:
- Cursor AI
- Replit AI
- Claude (for coding & reasoning)

? We will provide a Cursor AI account
? We actively practice “vibe coding” and AI-augmented workflows
? You must be comfortable collaborating with AI tools, not resistant to them

Working Hours & Availability
- 5 hours per day
- 5 days per week
- Hours must be completed within UK working hours (9am–5pm UK time)
- Flexible within that window, but overlap is required

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years experience in modern JavaScript frameworks
- Comfortable working independently on ongoing tasks
- Experience maintaining and extending existing systems
- Strong attention to detail and code quality
- Good written English and clear communication
- Reliable internet and consistent availability
- Comfortable working with AI tools and fast iteration
