Gorgias Specialist – Fast Shopify Macro Setup (Project-Based)

We’re a U.S.-based Shopify store looking for an experienced Gorgias user to complete a small, clearly scoped, project-based task.
This is execution work, not consulting.

What this project is
Convert our pre-written customer service templates into Gorgias macros
Apply clean naming, correct variables, and proper formatting
Ensure each macro saves and renders correctly
Follow provided instructions exactly

*What this project is NOT
No strategy
No writing or editing templates
No training calls or Loom videos
No SOP creation
No ongoing support required for this task

If you’ve set up Gorgias macros before, this should be straightforward and fast.

Time & Pay
Estimated time: 2–3 hours total
Pay: ?1200 PHP, paid upon completion
Project-based (not hourly)

We regularly have small, paid Shopify/Gorgias tasks and prefer to rehire people who do clean, accurate work.

Requirements

Real experience working inside Gorgias (macros specifically)
Familiarity with Shopify customer service workflows
Comfortable with romance & fantasy product themes
Able to follow instructions closely and stay within scope


Independent freelancer only (no agencies)
