JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on scaling through paid advertising and performance marketing. Google Ads is a core growth channel for our business, and we are looking for a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Manager who can manage, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce advertising, knows how to structure and optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, and has strong experience managing Google Merchant Center (GMC).

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, proactive, and confident in making optimization decisions based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:

Search Campaigns

Shopping Campaigns

Performance Max (PMax) Campaigns

Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center (GMC) accounts

Create, optimize, and troubleshoot product feeds

Ensure product approvals, resolve disapprovals, and maintain feed health

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization

Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversions

Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting accordingly

Analyze campaign data (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, CTR) and optimize for profitability

Implement conversion tracking and ensure data accuracy

Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with promotions and launches

Provide clear performance reports and insights on what’s working and what needs improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be based in the Philippines

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands

Strong experience with:

Google Search campaigns

Google Shopping campaigns

Performance Max campaigns

Google Merchant Center (GMC)

Proven ability to optimize for ROAS and profitability

Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and scaling methods

Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Reliable internet connection and organized work habits

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience scaling e-commerce brands using Google Ads

Knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, and tag setup

Experience with feed optimization tools

Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO

Familiarity with other paid channels (Meta Ads is a plus)
