EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We are hiring a part-time Bookkeeper and Financial Operations Specialist to take ownership of our core financial operations. This is a responsibility-driven role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident working inside QuickBooks.
You will be responsible for ensuring payroll and benefits are handled accurately and on time, managing international team payments through Wise and Remitly, and keeping financial records clean and up to date. In addition to execution, you will proactively review profit and loss statements, monitor cash flow, and schedule weekly financial review calls to discuss forecasts, risks, and upcoming financial needs.
This role is ideal for a go-getter who enjoys problem-solving, thinks critically about numbers, and takes ownership of financial accuracy without needing constant oversight.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

RATE AND SCHEDULE
-- Part-time role
-- Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week
-- Rate: $12 to $14 USD per hour (based on experience and ownership level)
-- Flexible schedule, with availability required for payroll deadlines and weekly calls

REQUIREMENTS
