JOB OVERVIEW

We are a 25-year old executive search recruiting firm based in Northern California (San Francisco area). I'm looking for an experienced part-time SDR to help with outbound sales. The role includes making follow-up cold calls to client prospects that we've sent marketing emails to, as well as handing off / directing warm leads to our research team and recruiter. The contacts we reach out to are typically managers and principals at engineering, architecture and construction firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The goal is to set appointments on our calendar for a sales presentation with them.

Requirements:
- This role requires fluent spoken English and 3 or more years of prior outbound sales / telemarketing experience for U.S. companies.
- We are looking for someone who is verbally engaging and confident on the phone and can help connect us with hiring managers.
- Must have very good internet connection

Preferred skills, experience and knowledge:
- Familiarity or experience in a recruiting role, so that you have an understanding of the recruiting services we provide.
- A big plus would be having some familiarity with the construction or architecture fields.

Work Schedule & Hours:
- Initially we are looking for 15-20 hours/week for the first month.
- 10am-2pm PST (California time zone)
