This position is for an advanced YouTube editor for our Pickleball channel. We are looking for someone who understands audience retention, pacing, motion graphics, and sound design at a professional level.

Ultimately we want to grow our channel to enroll people in our group coaching program.

Editing Style (Required Quality Level)

Fast, engaging pacing optimized for retention

About the Role

Edit 1 6–8 minute YouTube video per week.
Footage provided (talking head + pickleball b-roll clips)

Thumbnails (Required)

Create thumbnails using Flux LoRA and other AI models
Strong expressions, contrast, curiosity
Clean, readable text and consistent branding

Required Skills

Expert-level editing (Premiere Pro preferred)
Motion graphics experience (not basic captions)
Strong understanding of YouTube retention
Thumbnail creation experience (AI tools required)
Reliable and deadline-focused
