Senior Graphic Designer / AI Graphic Designer / Creative Director | 50,000 - 90,000 PHP

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer / AI Graphic Designer / Creative Director to lead creative output for social media influencers.

You will be responsible for the creative direction, quality, and consistency of AI-generated images and videos. This role is for someone with a strong design background, an excellent eye for detail, and experience working with modern AI tools. You will also create, guide and lead a future creative team if you will be suitable for that role.

This is not a beginner role. Prior experience with AI tools and graphic design is required.

Responsibilities
- Design, review, and improve content & short videos
- Set and maintain visual standards for realism, quality, and consistency
- Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Google NanoBanana Pro and more
- Adjust and improve outputs based on feedback and performance
- Guide and support future designers and AI assistants as the team grows

Requirements
- Strong background in graphic design
- Experience using AI image or video generation tools
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, realism, and visual consistency
- Confident working with prompts and reference images
- High attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions while also making creative decisions
- Reliable and professional

Salary & Benefits
