Our company is called "No-Sweat Bookkeeping," and we are delighted to offer you the following opportunity:

We are hiring on an ongoing basis as we sign agreements with new clients during tax season.

This position will require you to keep the books of small to medium-sized businesses using QuickBooks Online Accounting and to act as a Bookkeeping Consultant for our clients who own those businesses. You will also be required to "peer-review," some of the books of clients kept by other tea ---------- mbers on a quarterly basis---similar to an internal audit,.

In order for you to successfully perform this role, you must fulfill all of the following requirements:

-You must speak perfect English. To improve client relations/prevent problems, you must have little or no accent: an ideal candidate will have a perfect accent (whether English, or American, though American is preferred). Those who are bilingual in English and Spanish will qualify for extra pay when servicing clients that require the use of Spanish.

-You must have a reliable internet connection that can ideally support a video chat with zero issues (you will also need a webcam).

-You must have the following three QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certifications in order to be considered:
-Intuit Bookkeeping Certification
-QuickBooks Online Certification Level 1 or 2
-QuickBooks Online Payroll Certification
You will be asked to show your personal ProAdvisor profile with these certifications during the initial interview.

-You must have excellent Soft Skills and Customer Service Skills to service our clients.

-You must have a verified government ID through onlinejobs.ph previous to applying to this job posting.

As long as you are available to service our clients according to the days and times that they need, you may otherwise choose your own working hours. No Sundays.

This is a long-term position of at least 5 years.

Workers will be paid through EasyPay. Though some effort has been taken to estimate the monthly wage, the pay structure will depend less on number of hours worked and more on both the quantity of clients whose books you keep, the quality of the work you do, and the quality of service you provide to our clients. The pay structure has been designed so that you are remunerated enough to be able to focus all your working hours on this position, and then have plenty of time and opportunity to spend with your family. WORKERS WILL BE OFFERRED A 13TH MONTH'S PAY EACH DECEMBER.

This position will favor those with an eye for quality in their work. Those chosen must have a thorough understanding of all bookkeeping skills--including catch-up bookkeeping. Those with CPA licenses are encouraged to apply.

We expect the highest standards of conduct from our Bookkeepers. Clients will be giving feedback directly to your Lead, and that feedback will have a direct impact on your pay. Bonuses are possible in the case of consistent good feedback and/or extremely happy Clients.

It is understood that the standards are strict, but the compensation is considerable for those who can meet and exceed them.

Additionally, workers will be hired and on-boarded commensurate with the rate of new business and clients.
