Supply Chain Manager – Fashion Dropshipping

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager who can fully own the backend supply chain operations and work closely with customer service and suppliers.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with hands-on experience in Shopify fashion dropshipping.

You will be responsible for monitoring shipments, tracking updates, stock issues, supplier refunds, and invoices while ensuring smooth communication between suppliers and the customer service team.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and the ability to proactively solve logistics problems.


Responsibilities

* Manage supply chain operations for a fashion dropshipping store with thousands of products

* Monitor shipment delays via ParcelPanel

* Ensure tracking numbers are correctly updated in Shopify every 24 hours

* Manage out-of-stock products. Validate similar replacement products

* Handle logistics issues:
- Tracking number changes
- Non-picked-up parcels at pickup points
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

* Request and track supplier refunds:
- Order cancellations
- Damaged products
- Lost parcels

* Verify that refunds are correctly included in the next supplier invoice

* Check supplier invoices:
- Validate amounts
- Ensure refunds are deducted
- Verify correct COGs

* Maintain clear and structured communication with:
- Customer Service agents
- Suppliers

* Report and track all issues using Google Sheets

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain for a Shopify dropshipping business, including at least 3 months in the fashion niche

* Proven experience with
- Slack or ----------
- Google Sheets
- Translation tools (DeepL, ChatGPT)
- Shopify
- ParcelPanel
- Supplier invoice

* Experience managing hundreds of products

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

* Ability to work independently without constant supervision

* Long-term mindset and reliability


Compensation

* $4/hour during the first 2 weeks (trial period)
* $5/hour after successful trial
* $6+/hour if promoted to Full Backend Manager
* Payment bi-weekly or monthly
* Salary increases based on performance and responsibilities
