E-Commerce/Shopify Product Upload & Branding Assistant

Overview

We run e-commerce stores with a fixed system. Products are already selected and provided.
Your job is to adapt those products to our brand, follow our templates exactly, and upload them to the store without mistakes.

This is execution work. Precision matters more than creativity.

What You’ll Be Doing (Exact Scope)
1. Product Image Adaptation

Take provided product images

Adapt them to our brand style (colors, layout, text)

Clean up images (remove clutter, improve clarity)

Ensure visuals look brand-ready, not generic

Tools:

Canva or similar

ChatGPT for copy assistance (as instructed)

2. Product Page Copy (Template-Based)

Use ChatGPT to fill in our pre-made product page templates

Follow structure exactly (no freelancing, no rewording unless instructed)

Ensure:

Clear benefits

Clean formatting

No grammar or spelling errors

Consistent brand tone

3. Product Upload

Upload products to Shopify

Set:

Titles

Descriptions

Images

Variants

Pricing (as provided)

Double-check everything before submission

4. System Compliance

Follow SOPs step-by-step

Replicate examples exactly

Correct mistakes immediately when flagged

No skipped steps, no assumptions

What You Are NOT Doing

? Product research

? Ad creation

? Store design decisions

? Creative experimentation

You execute the system. Period.

Requirements

You must:

Have experience uploading products to Shopify

Be comfortable using ChatGPT as a tool (not guessing)

Have strong attention to detail

Write clean, fluent English

Follow instructions without deviation

If you “add your own touch” without permission, this role is not for you.

Performance Standards

Products must be 100% ready for launch

Formatting and branding must match examples exactly

Mistakes are corrected fast, not argued

Speed matters, but accuracy is mandatory
