YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Remote)

We’re looking for a creative and reliable YouTube Thumbnail Designer who knows how to design thumbnails that grab attention and drive clicks. If you understand YouTube culture, trends, and what makes viewers stop scrolling, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails that align with video titles and brand style
- Work closely with our team to turn video concepts into scroll-stopping visuals
- Consistently deliver clean, bold, and engaging designs
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high design quality

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience creating YouTube thumbnails
- Strong skills in Photoshop or similar design tools
- Understanding of CTR, visual hierarchy, and viewer psychology
- Ability to take feedback and make fast revisions
- Reliable communication and consistency

Bonus (Not Required):
- Experience working with YouTubers or agencies
- Knowledge of A/B testing or performance-based design
