We’re Call Hola — a fast-growing AI phone and scheduling platform helping small businesses never miss a lead again.

We’re now hiring a part-time virtual assistant to help us follow up with leads, qualify interest, and connect warm prospects to our sales team.

? Your Role
This isn’t hard selling or cold blasting. It’s about starting natural conversations with people who’ve already shown interest.

You’ll be responsible for:

???? Calling warm leads (no cold sales lists)
???? Engaging via DMs (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
???? Tagging leads as Cold, Warm, or Hot
????? Scheduling appointments or passing to the closer
???? Logging notes clearly in our tracking sheet

???? Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone
- Conversational and personable — not robotic
- Social media savvy (knows how to comment, DM naturally)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Curious about people and business

???? Tools You’ll Use
- Google Voice or OpenPhone (calls)
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (DMs)
- Airtable or Google Sheets (lead tracking)
- Zapier or Make (we’ll automate the boring stuff)

???? Compensation
- $5–8 USD per hour depending on experience
- ~10 hours/week to start
- Bonuses: $10–25 per qualified lead that books a call
- Long-term role available if you do well

???? Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in lead gen, customer service, or appointment setting
- Used CRM tools or Google Workspace before
- Comfortable speaking to U.S. business owners
