Remote · Full-Time (30 hours/week)
Reports to: Founder
Manages: Scriptwriters, Virtual Assistants, Editors (indirect)

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
We are a fast-growing affiliate marketing company running high-volume paid ads across Facebook and YouTube. We already have proven offers, active ad campaigns, and a team of scriptwriters, editors, and VAs in place. What we need now is a Marketing Manager to own the creative execution system end-to-end — ensuring scripts get written, creatives get produced, and ads consistently go live each week without bottlenecks. This role is about owning output and fixing problems fast when the pipeline breaks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the end-to-end creative pipeline from ideation to live ads, ensuring new creatives launch every week without bottlenecks
- Manage and coordinate scriptwriters, editors, and VAs by assigning priorities, setting deadlines, and holding the team accountable to output
- Track all scripts and creatives using Notion, Google Sheets, or ClickUp with full visibility into status, blockers, and next steps
- Guide creative direction by identifying new angles and hooks, prioritizing what gets produced next, and spotting patterns in what’s working
- Flag and resolve issues early, ensure ads actually go live, and provide clear, concise updates to the founder

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of experience in project management, marketing management, or creative operations, including managing remote teams or contractors
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to build, run, and maintain clear systems and workflows
- Comfortable owning outcomes, setting priorities, and holding people accountable to deadlines and output
- Strong written communication, follow-through, and ability to keep stakeholders aligned
- Hands-on experience with tools like Notion and Google Sheets, and familiarity with content production or paid ads workflows (affiliate or lead-gen experience is a plus)

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with affiliate marketing or lead generation (especially insurance-related offers)
- Experience managing Facebook or YouTube ad creatives
- Understanding of hooks, UGC-style ads, or short-form video
- Background in marketing operations or creative operations

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- Hourly compensation of $8–$12/hour, based on experience
- Eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to business results
- Opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as the role grows
