Role
You handle Instagram DMs.
You close sales.
You help customers complete checkout.
Retarget new and old leads to generate sales
edit videos and post onto our instagram with raw footage given

Schedule
Friday to Tuesday
6pm to 12am EST
30 hours per week


Pay
4 CAD per hour
Commission bonuses for each sale as well with weekly and monthly target goals

Daily responsibilities
Reply to IG DMs fast.
Answer sizing, pricing, availability.
Guide customers to checkout.
Follow up on warm and old leads.
Log closed sales
remove inventory from shopify and excel sheets
edit videos using raw clips given to you

Requirements
IG DM sales experience.
VA experience
Editing experience
Ecommerce or clothing experience preferred.
Fast typing.
Clear English.
Stable internet.
Reliable attendance.


Performance standards
Replies under 5 minutes.
Clean sales communication.
Consistent closes.
No missed shifts.
