We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and manage influencer collaborations in the German-speaking market. You will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, initiating contact, following up, and negotiating cooperation deals that drive brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities
Research and identify suitable influencers for the German market (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Evaluate influencers based on reach, engagement, audience fit, and brand alignment
Reach out to influencers via
Manage follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication
Negotiate cooperation terms (paid collaborations, gifting, affiliate deals, long-term partnerships)
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and content expectations
Maintain an organized influencer database and outreach tracking
Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting
Requirements
Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in the DACH region
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Native or fluent German (written & spoken)
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM systems is a plus
Performance-driven mindset (ROI, conversions, engagement)
Nice to Have
Existing network of German influencers
Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, or Amazon brands
Knowledge of affiliate marketing models
