We are looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to work closely with the Founder of a growing consultancy. This role combines founder admin support with a strong focus on sales outreach and marketing execution, especially around LinkedIn and personal brand building.
This is not a purely task-based VA role. You will support day-to-day operations and help build visibility, structure lead generation, and improve internal systems (especially HubSpot).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Founder & Business Administration
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Organise inbox and follow up on open items
- Prepare simple documents, summaries, and presentations
- Keep files, folders, and information well organised (Google Suite)
- Support ad-hoc founder tasks to free up strategic time
2. Sales Support & Lead Generation (Initial Core Focus)
- Conduct cold LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, first messages)
- Research and qualify leads (companies, founders, decision-makers)
- Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot
- Organise intro and discovery calls for the Founder
- Track outreach activity and basic performance metrics
- Scope can expand over time to follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and warm leads as experience and trust grow.
3. Marketing & Personal Brand Support
- Support LinkedIn content execution for the Founder:
- Content research and idea sourcing
- Drafting outlines or first versions using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
- Scheduling posts and supporting engagement
- Maintain and optimise Google Ads campaigns (mainly maintenance, not full strategy)
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, ads performance)
- Ensure consistent tone aligned with personal brand and thought leadership
4. Tools & Systems Ownership
- Actively work in and help optimise HubSpot (CRM hygiene, structure, pipelines)
- Use and combine AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) for efficient execution
- Work confidently with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Proactively suggest improvements to workflows and processes
What we’re looking for:
Must-Have
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or Marketing Assistant
- Strong written English
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead research
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B lead generation
- Comfortable working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting a founder, consultant, or personal brand
- Basic experience with Google Ads
- Experience using AI tools for content or admin tasks
- Interest in consulting, startups, or digital businesses
