TikTok Shop Social Media Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday
UK Time: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
PH Time: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Days Off: Thursday & Friday
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Starting Salary $350 per month

We are a fast-growing UK-based eCommerce brand selling on TikTok Shop and other online platforms. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented TikTok Social VA to support our daily operations and help keep our store running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands TikTok Shop workflows and enjoys a mix of operational and social media tasks. There is opportunity for more hours as the store grows.

???? Responsibilities

Order Management

Monitor and manage daily TikTok Shop orders

Track fulfilment issues and escalate when needed

Customer Service & Returns

Respond to customer messages professionally and promptly

Handle returns, refunds, and order-related queries

Listing Management

Check listings for errors, missing information, or compliance issues

Ensure products remain active and correctly displayed

Social Media Scheduling

Schedule TikTok videos and posts

Assist with content calendars and posting consistency

Account Health Checks

Monitor account health metrics and policy notifications

Flag any risks, warnings, or performance drops

Reporting

Provide basic daily/weekly reports (orders, messages, issues, performance)

Promotions & Offers

Schedule special offers, discounts, and campaigns

Assist with flash sales and promotional set-ups

???? Requirements

Previous experience with TikTok Shop (strongly preferred)

Experience in eCommerce customer service

Strong written English skills

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Reliable internet connection and availability during stated hours

Comfortable working independently and following SOPs

Experience with other platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy)

Familiarity with TikTok analytics or seller dashboards

Social media or content coordination experience
