Shopify E-commerce VA | Product & Store Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Store & Operations Manager to join our growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and the operational tools that support them— Mainly Google Sheets, and Notion. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our product catalog, pricing, and collections, while also acting as a backup customer service representative.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that must overlap with standard U.S. East Coast business hours. We’re looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including:
• Product listing creation and updates
• SKU and pricing management
• Building and optimizing product, landing, and collection pages
• Maintain product and promotion databases in Notion and Google Sheets
• Ensure product content accuracy and visual consistency
• Help create and update blog content, FAQs, and other site assets
• Work inside Notion for internal documentation and team collaboration
• Act as backup customer support: Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist with order processing when needed
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and vendors to ensure smooth workflows
• Research solutions, tools, and competitors to improve operations

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience working directly with Shopify
• 2+ years of experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Notion
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven thinking
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Ability to work full-time during US East Coast business hours
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
