Important: This is NOT typical VA work. This role is for someone who wants to grow beyond routine tasks into product research, market analysis, and SEO, with full training and mentorship provided.

We are an established ecommerce business serving the US market with custom print-on-demand products. You will join a close-knit Filipino remote team, working closely with operations and designers. We value respect, support, and long-term collaboration - many teammates have been with us for 4-6 years.

## ABOUT THE ROLE
- This is a thinking-focused position involving product research and listing optimization for US customers. The work requires understanding buyer psychology and making informed judgment calls based on marketplace behavior and data. This is not rigid, step-by-step work with a single correct answer.

- You do not need prior research or SEO experience, but you must be comfortable learning, asking questions, and working with imperfect or incomplete information. Success comes from developing sound judgment alongside analytical skills, with guidance during training.

## WHAT YOU'LL DO
Primary Focus (will grow into this):
- Research product niches, trends, and customer demand for US market
- Analyze competitor listings to understand what drives sales
- Write keyword-focused product titles for search visibility
- Organize research findings into clear, actionable plans
- Support product launches

Operational Support:
- Process customer orders accurately
- Reply to customer emails with thoughtful responses
- Collaborate with designers and operations teammates

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Age: 28 years or older (maturity and work stability preferred)
- Strong English skills (C2 level required - you must understand nuanced American expressions, emotional language and gift-giving sentiments)
- Strong analytical and thinking ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and formulas
- Self-motivated learner who asks questions when processes are unclear
- Able to balance data with judgment (not everything has a single “right” answer)
- High EQ - able to work well with team and receive feedback professionally
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to put in extra effort during important launches or peak periods
