Pinterest Specialist

We’re searching for an experienced Pinterest Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of our Pinterest advertising — from setting everything up correctly to launching, optimizing, and scaling winning campaigns.

This is a fully remote role where you’ll manage Pinterest Ads from A to Z.


???? What You’ll Be Doing
• Setting up and managing Pinterest Business Accounts & Ad Accounts
• Handling the entire Pinterest Ads process, including:
• Account structure
• Conversion tracking & tagging
• Campaign setup and launch
• Creating, testing, and optimizing Pinterest ad campaigns
• Analyzing performance data to understand:
• Which ad formats perform best
• Which creatives, audiences, and strategies convert
• Scaling winning campaigns with confidence
• Downscaling or pausing underperforming campaigns
• Continuously optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and overall performance
• Staying up to date with Pinterest Ads best practices and platform updates


???? What You Bring
• Proven experience with Pinterest Ads (this is a must)
• Strong understanding of:
• Campaign structures
• Scaling & optimization strategies
• Creative testing on Pinterest
• Ability to manage campaigns independently from A–Z
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation is a big plus
