Supply Chain Manager - E commerce Dropshipping

Job Overview

We are an international e commerce dropshipping brand looking for an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end to end supply chain operations.

This role is critical to ensuring reliable suppliers, fast and consistent order fulfillment, strong quality control, and healthy profit margins. You will work closely with suppliers in China, logistics partners, and internal teams to support daily operations and long term growth.

This is a long term role for someone who takes full ownership of supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management

• Source, onboard, and manage suppliers primarily in China
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms, and quality standards
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers to prevent delays or errors
• Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery speed, defect rate, and consistency

Order Fulfillment and Logistics

• Oversee daily order fulfillment from supplier to end customer
• Coordinate with fulfillment agents and shipping partners
• Optimize shipping methods for speed, cost, and reliability per market
• Monitor tracking performance and proactively resolve shipping issues
• Reduce delivery times while maintaining margin targets
• Arrange and manage custom packaging when required

Quality Control and Returns

• Define and enforce quality control standards with suppliers
• Arrange pre shipment and post production inspections when needed
• Analyze defect and return data to identify root causes and improvements

Cost Control and Margin Optimization

• Track cost of goods, shipping costs, duties, and fulfillment fees
• Identify cost saving opportunities without sacrificing quality
• Improve gross margins through supplier negotiation and logistics optimization
• Support pricing decisions with accurate landed cost calculations

Process Improvement and Scaling

• Build scalable supply chain processes to support business growth
• Document SOPs for suppliers, fulfillment, and logistics workflows
• Implement tools or systems to improve visibility and automation
• Prepare the supply chain for peak periods such as sales and holidays

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in e commerce or dropshipping supply chains
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of international shipping and fulfillment
• Data driven mindset with strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive problem solver with a high ownership mentality
