What you’ll do (the role)
Pick ---------- /news/trend topics (within clear safety rules)
Write quick commentary scripts (simple + funny)
Edit fast, high-retention short videos (9:16)
Deliver consistent output on a schedule


The format (our simple system)
Each finished video = 1 Episode:
1 fully edited 9:16 short with captions + hook
Two exports from the same edit:
61s version for TikTok
<59s version for YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels
Include: source links + suggested caption/title
Output expectation (Month 1 trial)
Target: 60 Episodes in 30 days (about 2/day with buffer)
If we work well together, Month 2 is higher volume (and higher pay).


Creative control (what you’re allowed to do)
You have freedom to:
Choose topics, style, pacing, ---------- sources, and overall vibe
Build a recurring “voice” for the channel
Experiment aggressively to find what pops
I’m not going to micromanage your edits.


Non-negotiables (keep the channel safe)
To protect the accounts:
No hate/harassment/doxxing
No graphic content
Avoid obvious copyright traps (we do ---------- s + commentary/reaction, not straight reposts)
Keep it advertiser/platform-friendly


Pay (scales up transparently — you get most of the upside)
My goal is a fair system where I take a small “management/risk” cut long-term, and the creator keeps most of the value they generate.
Month 1 (Trial — low risk for both sides)
$200 base for the month (paid in 2 milestones)
Up to $200 in bonuses for:
hitting the delivery quota + on-time cadence
hitting traction targets (views/retention signals)
Max Month 1 = $400
Month 2+ (If Month 1 goes well)
Higher monthly base (still lightweight/lean) with a clear monthly Episode target
After the channel earns real revenue consistently, we switch to Revenue Share Mode:
You earn a percentage of channel revenue
Starts at 50% once your share would equal your base pay
Scales up in tiers to as high as 90% as revenue grows
The better the channel performs, the more you earn — and you don’t have to negotiate every month. It’s formula-based.
