Position Overview
We are hiring experienced and motivated Sales Representatives based in the Philippines to work remotely from home. This role focuses on cold calling U.S.-based restaurants and businesses to generate new accounts for our bakery products, private-label hot sauces, and POS / credit card processing services.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals with strong cold-calling skills, excellent spoken English, and the ability to confidently communicate with U.S. customers.
Work Schedule (US Hours – Required)
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
Full-time, work-from-home position
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to U.S. restaurants and businesses
Introduce and sell:
Bakery and breakfast products for restaurants
Private-label hot sauce programs
POS systems and credit card merchant services
Qualify leads and generate new customer accounts
Follow structured sales scripts and objection-handling guidelines
Schedule follow-ups and close deals when applicable
Accurately document calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
Meet daily call volume and sales performance targets
Requirements
Proven cold-calling or call center sales experience
Excellent spoken English (clear pronunciation is required)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable selling to U.S.-based customers
Self-motivated and disciplined while working from home
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Previous experience in B2B sales, POS systems, merchant services, or foodservice sales is a plus but not required
