Instagram Lead Setter - Remote, Full Time

Role Overview
You will be responsible for turning inbound Instagram attention into qualified booked calls. Your job is to handle warm conversations, qualify leads properly, and keep our CRM clean and updated in real time so calls hand off smoothly to the sales team.

What you’ll be doing

* Message warm Instagram leads who engage with our ads or content
* Qualify conversations using our proven DM Setting Framework
* Book intro or closing calls the same day whenever possible
* Collect phone numbers and key details and update each lead in Notion immediately
* Track daily activity and results in a simple KPI sheet (DMs sent, conversations, calls offered, booked, taken, closed)
* Follow structured follow-up processes during your shift

What we’re looking for

* Full-time availability, 6 days per week, aligned with Calgary time (Mountain Time)
* Stable internet and a quiet, professional work setup
* Strong English communication skills (clear, polite, concise)
* Reliable, punctual, and coachable mindset
* Motivated by performance and commissions
* Previous Instagram DM setting experience is a plus
* Comfortable using tools like Notion and Google Sheets

Compensation

* Base pay plus commission per closed deal
* On-target earnings of $1,500–$2,000+ per month
* Our most recent DM Setter earned $1,800 last month
* Additional bonuses based on performance
