Instagram DM Setter (Full Time, Remote)

Your Mission: Turn attention into qualified calls. Maintain clean, real-time CRM data so booked calls hand off smoothly to the sales team.

What you will do

* DM warm Instagram leads who engage with our ads or page
* Qualify conversations using our DM Setting Framework and book intro or closing calls the same day
* Collect phone numbers and key details, then update each lead’s card in Notion immediately
* Log daily KPIs in a simple tracker: DMs sent, conversations, calls offered, booked, taken, and closed
* Follow consistent follow-up processes during your shift

What we’re looking for

* Full-time availability, 6 days per week, aligned with Calgary time (Mountain Time)
* Reliable internet and a quiet, professional work environment
* Strong English communication: clear, friendly, and concise
* Professional, punctual, and coachable attitude
* Performance-driven and motivated by commissions
* Previous DM setting experience is a plus (Instagram preferred)
* Comfortable working inside Notion and Google Sheets

Compensation

* Base pay plus attractive commission structure
* On-target earnings of $1,500–$2,000+ per month
* Our most recent DM Setter earned $1,800 last month
* Additional bonuses for deals that close
