Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist

I’m building and scaling a private >>Facebook community around wellness and a low-cost global membership model. The growth strategy is based on warm outreach, ethical conversation, and community education, not aggressive sales.

I’m looking for someone who can:

??????•?????support conversions
??????•?????track leads clearly
??????•?????work in a calm, humane, and ethical way

A senior leader inside the group handles much of the education and conversion, however, this role actively supports that process.

I’m aiming for 2500 conversions in 30 days.

I’m very open to your input and ideas on how to improve outreach, follow-up, and conversion, as long as it’s ethical and human.
