JOB OVERVIEW


We’re looking for a hands-on Store & Channel Operator/ eCommerce Specialist to run day-to-day online store and channel execution during US business hours. This role is all about real-time ownership. You’ll be the person making sure the store is live, accurate, converting, and operational across Shopify and Amazon.

If you’re detail-driven, calm under pressure, and comfortable making fast changes that directly impact revenue, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shopify Operations:
* Manage daily Shopify operations across DTC and wholesale portals
* Set up and maintain products, variants, pricing, bundles, promos, and availability
* Execute real-time store changes during launches, promos, and campaigns
* Monitor order flow and troubleshoot fulfillment or checkout issues
* Ensure product data and pricing are accurate across all live channels

Amazon Support
* Support Amazon execution at an operator level
* Assist with product updates, pricing changes, promo execution, and issue monitoring
* Flag listing or fulfillment issues quickly and escalate as needed

Inventory & Risk Monitoring
* Monitor inventory levels tied to promotions or channel spikes
* Flag inventory risks before they impact sales or fulfillment
* Coordinate closely with the Account Manager on launches, promos, and operational issues

Coverage & Expectations
* Real-time coverage during US business hours
* Available for urgent store changes, platform issues, and revenue-blocking problems
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy and speed matter

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (DTC required; wholesale portals a plus)
* Experience supporting Amazon operations
* Operational mindset with high attention to detail
* Ability to spot issues quickly and take action without hand-holding
* Clear communicator who works well with Account Managers and cross-functional teams
* Calm, reliable, and proactive under pressure

Nice to Have
* Experience with inventory planning or fulfillment workflows
* Familiarity with promotions, bundles, and multi-channel pricing
* Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced eCommerce environments
