JOB OVERVIEW

Do you have great Copywriting skills?

Here's some information about the position and who we're looking for:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the job says, we need a superstar all-rounder who can help grow our business. Here is an example of the tasks you shall be responsible for:

SOCIAL MEDIA
- Composing content and sharing on our social media pages using Hootsuite
- Replying to comments/likes
- Finding and growing our followers
- Joining and posting in new groups
- Joining and posting in forums
- Creating a promotional calendar and liaising with our suppliers to coordinate the promotions
- Uploading YouTube videos and editing within YouTube

COPYWRITING
- Composing great content for social media
- Composing great content for email marketing
- Compose blog articles
- Re-writing product & collection descriptions on our website

GRAPHICS EDITING
- Creating promotional banners
- Editing product images including removing backgrounds

AFTER SALES SUPPORT
- Dealing with after sales customer support issues by email and phone
- Liaising with our sales manager (also a Filippo)
- Reporting to our sales manager and business owner
- Helping with inbound sales (occasionally) when needed

HOURS & PAY RATE:
- For the first month, your hours are permanent part-time at $3.125/hour with 20 hours/week ($62.50/week). - The position may then be negotiable for full time 40 hours/week after the first month ($125/week).
- Over time if necessary is paid at time + 30%.

PAYMENT:
- Every second fortnight with remittance advice provided.

ENVIRONMENT & HARDWARE:
- You will require a quiet environment away from loud noises when speaking to customers over the phone.
- You will be required to live in an area with no power outages and good internet connection, preferably in a major city.
- You will own a modern and reliable computer and phone with fast internet connection.

AVAILABILITY:
You must be available to work 40 hours per week during Australian business hours 9am to 5pm AEST and have no other commitments.
