Outbound Sales Development Rep | BPO/Call Center Experience Required

MUST HAVE:
? 1+ years BPO, call center, or outbound sales experience
? Comfortable making 50+ cold calls per day
? Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
? Proven ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
? Excellent English communication (will be tested)

? Your background is only customer service/tech support (inbound)
? You've never done cold outreach or prospecting
? You need constant supervision or hand-holding

ROLE:
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn
- Book qualified demos/discovery calls
- Manage pipeline in CRM
- 10-20 hours/week to start; potential to scale
