Remote Life insurance appointment setter

Hey there!
We run a US based remote sales team and are looking for someone who wants a long-term role with opportunities for pay increases and leadership positions as the team grows.

-Has clear spoken English and can communicate professionally with US-based clients
-Can work a shift in the range of 8am-12am est
-Stable internet connection
-Noise-free work environment
-Laptop or desktop

Type: Full-time (40 hours a week availability)
Location: Fully Remote
Base pay: $600/month USD (paid bi-weekly)
Bonus: $5 USD per closed policy from appointments you set
Our current setters average 5 closed policies per week, though results vary.

*Bonus if you have experience working in sales and speaking with clients

Responsibilities:
-Call warm leads using a provided script
-Qualify prospects and set appointments for licensed agents
-Update notes in CRM
-Follow up with interested leads
