JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily client communication and operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly in English, and can independently manage systems and problem-solve without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily client communication via email, CRM, and messaging platforms
• Funnel and qualify incoming leads and route them appropriately
• Manage client requests, updates, and follow-ups
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and task tracking
• Help build, document, and improve self-reliant systems and workflows
• Identify issues before they become problems and propose solutions

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently and improving processes

Preferred (but not required)
• Experience with client-facing roles or virtual assistant work
• Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, or scheduling software
• Experience supporting small businesses or service-based companies
