Part-Time Outbound Sales VA, Website Design for Local Businesses

About Us:
Vaunt is a tech-forward marketing agency focused primarily on website design for local businesses. We help companies without modern websites upgrade their online presence and turn it into a real growth tool.

Role Overview:
We are hiring a high-performing Virtual Assistant to handle outbound sales calls to local businesses that do not currently have a website. This is not an easy role and it is not entry-level sales. You will be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.

Your core objective is to book qualified prospects directly onto the founder’s calendar for a strategy call, where the final pitch and sale will take place.

This is a volume-driven, performance-based role that requires discipline, confidence, and consistency.

Primary Goal:

Book qualified business owners onto our calendar: vaunt.co/book

You are not responsible for closing deals. You are responsible for creating interest, handling objections, and getting decision-makers committed to a scheduled call.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to local businesses daily

Speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers

Deliver a short, compelling pitch for website design services

Qualify prospects and book them directly onto our calendar

Track all calls, notes, and outcomes inside our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM

Continuously improve call performance, messaging, and delivery

Develop, test, and refine your own call script over time

Assist with curating and improving lead lists of businesses without websites when needed

Important Expectations:

This role requires resilience, consistency, and strong communication skills

You will be expected to hit aggressive call and booking targets

You must be comfortable handling rejection and objections daily

We are looking for someone who strives for excellence, not someone looking for an “easy” job

You will be expected to think critically, improve scripts, and optimize results over time

We will provide guidance and support, but you must be proactive and self-driven

Requirements:

Strong spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence

Proven outbound sales or cold-calling experience

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Organized and reliable with CRM updates

Able to work independently and take ownership of performance

Reliable internet connection and quiet calling environment

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time to start

Flexible hours aligned with U.S. business hours
