About the Company
We are a fast scaling coaching company generating $400K to $600K per month, with a clear path to $1M per month.
We operate multiple offers across paid ads, funnels, content, and sales teams.
Our biggest priority right now is clarity.
We want to understand what is working, where revenue leaks exist, and how to make faster, smarter decisions using data.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Analyst to help us turn fragmented data into insight that actually drives action.
This is not a reporting only role.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to answer real business questions and build analytical foundations that can scale.
This role has a clear growth path into Data Engineering or Data Science for the right person.
What You Will Be Responsible For
You will analyze data across funnels, marketing, and sales touchpoints to surface insights that impact revenue
You will define and track key performance metrics across the customer journey
You will build and maintain dashboards and analyses that leadership can rely on for decision making
You will investigate anomalies, drops, and performance changes and explain the why, not just the what
You will partner with technical and marketing teams to improve data quality and tracking logic
You will document metrics, definitions, and assumptions so data is consistently understood across teams
Tools and Environment
You do not need deep expertise in a single platform.
You should be comfortable working with common operational and analytics tools such as
• Funnel and marketing platforms like ClickFunnels
• Automation and integration tools like Zapier
• Internal communication tools like Slack
• Spreadsheets, BI tools, or analytics platforms used to analyze and visualize data
What matters more than the tools is how you think.
Who This Role Is For
You are a senior level analyst who understands how businesses actually operate
You are comfortable working with imperfect data and improving it over time
You know how to translate business questions into analytical work
You can explain insights clearly to non technical stakeholders
You care about outcomes, not vanity metrics
You are interested in growing into Data Engineering or Data Science as the data stack matures
Nice to Have
Experience working with coaching, education, or info product businesses
Exposure to marketing funnels, attribution, or sales analytics
Experience supporting fast growing or high velocity teams
