Fashion Dropshipping Store Operator

We are scaling multiple fashion dropshipping stores, and are looking to expend horizontally. So we are looking for someone who has already operated a fashion dropshipping store alone.

This is not a VA role, not a beginner role, and no backend work.

Requirements

Proven experience operating a fashion dropshipping store

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads

Comfortable managing a store independently

Able to test creatives, iterate, and scale what works

Understands fashion specifics (variants, sizing, returns)

Role

Operate 1 fashion store initially

Run Meta Ads daily

Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance

Scale winners, cut losers

No backend, no customer support, no fulfillment
