Job Description:
We are a busy dental practice seeking a reliable and highly organized Front Office Administrator to manage administrative and patient-facing tasks. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivering excellent service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry into Dentrix and manage patient records accurately
Process Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and assist with patient insurance inquiries
Handle patient phone calls, schedule appointments efficiently, and insert patients into a block scheduling format
Contribute to specialized tasks such as landing page design and creation and management of leads generated from online marketing campaigns
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational and production metrics over time
Maintain constant access to a reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
Communicate professionally and efficiently with patients using excellent English skills
Use Zoom or an iPhone to facilitate FaceTime audio/video calls for seamless communication
Answer practice inquiry calls following provided scripts, ensuring consistent messaging across the practice
Optional but preferred: skills in insurance processing and management of denied claims
Preference given to candidates with a positive attitude, understanding the importance of smiling even when answering the phone
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative or front-office roles, preferably in healthcare or dental offices
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software; familiarity with Dentrix or other dental practice management software is a plus
Comfortable working independently and maintaining confidentiality
Experience in online marketing or lead management is a plus
Positive and friendly demeanor, especially when communicating with patients
Work Arrangement:
Location: Remote (work from home)
