You’ll repost and optimize motivational short-form content, follow clear SOPs, and engage daily to support organic growth. This is an execution-focused role with no creative deviation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple social media accounts
- Repost and optimize short-form videos
- Follow posting schedules and SOPs precisely
- Ensure correct tags, formats, and audio
- Engage with comments and relevant pages daily

Requirements:
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Basic video editing (short-form only) and reposting experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable internet and ability to meet daily posting volume
