I need real leads

Hi. I run 2 companies, 1 is an Energy and Resource company inproved, 2 is an IR company theasianir. Currently I'm looking for a digital marketer cum telemarketer to help me with the following,
- setup FB business pages for my companies and my clients (approximate managing 5 in total)
- setup linkedin company pages, upload content and send personalised messages to target customers on linkedin
- Bulk email marketing for inproved, theasianir, and 3 other companies
- Telemarketing and appointment setting for inproved, theasianir and 3 other companies
- all the above for other companies (maximum 10 in total)

Requirements
- Results-orientated individual who can manage, write and speak well
- agree to a minimum target for each company managed

This is a long-term assignment for someone to work from home on a full-time basis potentially. I'm happy to pay a monthly stipend and success fees per appointment set.
