Our brands — FlameFunnels + B2B Growth Systems — publish high-impact B2B content daily, blending strategy, buyer psychology, and high-velocity execution.

Now we need a dedicated, AI-savvy video creator/editor to turn written content into scroll-breaking short-form videos across multiple platforms.

YOUR ROLE

As our AI Video Creator & Editor, you will:
• Turn long-form copy into short, sharp video content
• Use AI tools to generate professional, human-like visuals
• Add captions, kinetic text, animations, and visual effects
• Edit for platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Collaborate weekly with the founder + strategist
• Deliver 10–20 short videos per week
• Match brand tone: serious, precise, scroll-stopping — not generic templates or ---------- edits

TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW (or equivalent)

We’ll provide tool access — but if you have better ones, use them.
What matters is quality and speed.

Suggested stack:
• RunwayML — AI video editing / motion tools
• Pictory, InVideo, Synthesia — turning text into video
• Descript — voice editing / captions
• CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro — polishing + platform formatting
• Canva Pro — overlays / branded elements

You don’t need to know them all — but you must already be using AI-powered tools for video creation. We won’t train from scratch.

• Strong video editing + AI workflow experience
• Can generate realistic, human-like videos — not just slideshows
• Understands platform dynamics + how to hook attention
• Excellent English comprehension
• Attention to detail — visually and rhythmically
• Reliable, self-directed, no handholding
